[目的]探讨脉搏波传导速度( PWV)与QT离散度(QTd)的关系。[方法]167例患者,根据全自动动脉硬化仪检查结果分为PWV<1400 cm/s(低PWV组,84例)和≥1400 cm/s(高PWV组,83例)。两组根据12导联心电图测得QT 间期计算QTd。全部研究对象均测空腹血糖( FPG)、总胆固醇( TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度胆固醇(HDL-C)、血肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)及臂踝指数(ABI)。行超声心动图检查、测量心脏结构相关内径数据。[结果]①两组间比较,FPG、TG、HDL、Cr、UA、ABI值的差异无统计学意义;脉压差、TC、LDL有统计学意义。②高PWV组的室间隔厚度大于低 PWV组,左心房内径、舒张期末左室内径、右心房内径、舒张期末右室内径两组差异无统计学意义。③ Pearson相关分析显示:PWV与QTd呈正相关。[结论]PWV与QTd呈正相关,PWV可能可以作为心律失常一新型预测指标。

[목적]탐토맥박파전도속도( PWV)여QT리산도(QTd)적관계。[방법]167례환자,근거전자동동맥경화의검사결과분위PWV<1400 cm/s(저PWV조,84례)화≥1400 cm/s(고PWV조,83례)。량조근거12도련심전도측득QT 간기계산QTd。전부연구대상균측공복혈당( FPG)、총담고순( TC)、감유삼지(TG)、저밀도담고순(LDL-C)、고밀도담고순(HDL-C)、혈기항(Cr)、뇨산(UA)급비과지수(ABI)。행초성심동도검사、측량심장결구상관내경수거。[결과]①량조간비교,FPG、TG、HDL、Cr、UA、ABI치적차이무통계학의의;맥압차、TC、LDL유통계학의의。②고PWV조적실간격후도대우저 PWV조,좌심방내경、서장기말좌실내경、우심방내경、서장기말우실내경량조차이무통계학의의。③ Pearson상관분석현시:PWV여QTd정정상관。[결론]PWV여QTd정정상관,PWV가능가이작위심률실상일신형예측지표。
[Objective]To explore the correlation between pulse wave velocity (PWV) and QT-interval dispersion (QTd) .[Methods]According to the results by automatic arteriosclerosis instrument ,167 patients were divided into PWV<1400cm/s group( n=84) and PWV≥1400cm/s group( n=83) .QTd was calculated by QT measured with 12-lead ECG .Blood pressure ,serum creatinine ,uric acid ,blood lipids(TC ,TG ,LDL and HDL ) and ABI of all pa-tients were measured .Doppler echocardiography was performed .Cardiac structure and diameter data were recorded .[Results]There was no significant in fasting blood sugar ,TG ,HDL ,serum creatinine ,uric acid and ABI between two groups .There was significant difference in pulse pressure ,TC and HDL between two groups .Interventricular septal thickness in PWV≥1400cm/s group was larger than that in PWV<1400cm/s group .There was no significant difference in left atrial inner diameter ,left ventricular inner diameter of end diastole ,right inner diameter and right ventricular inner diameter of end diastole between two groups .Pearson correlation analysis showed that PWV was positively correlated to QTd .[Conclusion]There is a positive correlation between PWV and QTd .PWV may be used as a new predictive indicator of arrhythmia .
