目的：通过对急诊科男护生的带教，培养其职业自豪感和良好的职业态度，从而推动护理学专业的发展。方法对高护专业30名男护生实习带教中发生的问题及时进行问题剖析，积极采取解决问题，从而达到满意结果。结果30名男护生出科时均能熟练掌握基础护理技术和专科护理要点，能较好地与病人及其家属沟通，能独立制定完整的专科护理计划。

Objective Through the teaching of male nursing students in emergency department, the occupation training occupation attitude of pride and good, in order to promote the development of nursing specialty.
