脑卒中后经常伴有抑郁情绪，在临床上发病率较高，但常常被忽视。脑卒中后抑郁（Psd）对卒中的预后影响较大也会增加其他疾病的发生率，早期发现、早期干预对患者躯体功能恢复、提高生活质量有着重要意义。由于 Psd 没有统一的诊断标准及生物学指标，且医生、家属对 Psd 重视程度不够，导致临床漏诊率很高，极不利于 Psd 的治疗。因此除了加强宣传外，有关 Psd 的研究也很重要。
