目的：观察口服培菲康散剂、蒙脱石散联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法将我院2012年6月至2013年7月收治的新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组单独使用蓝光照射治疗，观察组在此基础上加口服培菲康散剂、蒙脱石散治疗，通过监测治疗前后血清胆红素值，观察两组患儿临床黄疸消退时间，评估治疗效果。结果观察组血清胆红素下降情况明显优于对照组，黄疸消退时间短于对照组。结论口服培菲康散剂、蒙脱石散联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸临床疗效好。
목적：관찰구복배비강산제、몽탈석산연합람광조사치료신생인황달적료효。방법장아원2012년6월지2013년7월수치적신생인황달환인수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조단독사용람광조사치료，관찰조재차기출상가구복배비강산제、몽탈석산치료，통과감측치료전후혈청담홍소치，관찰량조환인림상황달소퇴시간，평고치료효과。결과관찰조혈청담홍소하강정황명현우우대조조，황달소퇴시간단우대조조。결론구복배비강산제、몽탈석산연합람광조사치료신생인황달림상료효호。
Objective to observe the oral culture Mr Kang powder, montmorillonite powder in combination with the curative effect of blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods Our hospital on June 6, 2012 - October 2013 of neonatal jaundice patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group used alone blue light treatment, observation group on the basis of the oral culture fe powder, montmorillonite powder treatment, by monitoring serum bilirubin values before and after the treatment, observation of two groups of children with clinical jaundice fading away, evaluating therapeutic effect.Results the observation group serum bilirubin reduction was better than control group, presented a shorter than the control group.Conclusion Oral culture Mr Kang powder, joint montmorillonite powder blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice clinical curative effect is good.
