目的：分析感染性角膜炎的治疗方法，提高治愈率。方法对80例感染性角膜疾病患者进行临床和病原学分析，在表面麻醉下行角膜溃疡刮片，行真菌、细菌检测及药敏试验。结果80例感染性角膜炎患者，真菌感染46例，占57.5%，位居感染的首位，其中植物外伤导致的30例，病毒性角膜炎18例，占22.5%，细菌感染14例，占17.5%，混合感染2例，占2.5%，80例患者中好转和痊愈56例（治愈率70%），其中15例进行病灶清创联合结膜瓣移植术，10例进行病灶清创联合结膜瓣移植及羊膜移植术，4例介绍到上级医院行角膜移植术，电话随访均保住眼球，恢复了有用的视力,5例已形成全眼球炎患者采取内容物剜除术。结论改善就医环境，提高基层眼科医师专业水平对感染性角膜炎的诊治具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the methods of treatment of infectious keratitis, improve the cure rate. Methods 80 cases of infectious corneal diseases underwent clinical characteristics and pathogenic analysis in surface anesthesia, ulcer of cornea scraping, fungal, bacterial detection and drug sensitivity test. Results Of 80 cases of infectious keratitis, fungal infection in 46 cases, accounted for 57.5%, ranking first among plant infection, trauma in 30 cases, viral keratitis 18 cases, accounted for 22.5%, 14 cases, bacterial infection accounted for 17.5%, 2 cases, mixed infection accounted for 2.5%, 80 cases improved and 56 cases were cured (the cure rate was 70%), including 15 cases of focal debridement combined with conjunctival flap transplantation, 10 cases of focal debridement combined with conjunctival flap transplantation and amniotic membrane transplantation, 4 cases presented to the hospital for corneal transplantation, telephone follow-up to preserve eyeball, restore useful vision, 5 cases had formed panophthalmitis patients the evisceration. Conclusion To improve medical environment, improve the Department of Ophthalmology physicians professional level has important significance to the diagnosis and treatment of infectious keratitis.
