目的：对白血病患者治疗前后进行临床血液生化学检验，分析其血液内酶和微量元素水平变化情况。方法36例白血病患者按病情种类分成急性白血病和慢性白血病各18例。对两组患者治疗前后进行血液生化学检验，并与同期进行健康体检的18例人群的血液生化检验进行比较。结果治疗前，白血病患者血液中的血清酶和锌等微量元素明显高于健康人群，经过治疗后，除了铬元素含量出现升高之外，其他均出现下降或者恢复，差异显著，P<0.05。结论对患者进行血液生化学检验，其血液中的锌和铜以及乳酸脱氢酶等含量变化对患者的病情和治疗效果有一定的参考价值，同时对临床观察患者病情提供一定的依据。
목적：대백혈병환자치료전후진행림상혈액생화학검험，분석기혈액내매화미량원소수평변화정황。방법36례백혈병환자안병정충류분성급성백혈병화만성백혈병각18례。대량조환자치료전후진행혈액생화학검험，병여동기진행건강체검적18례인군적혈액생화검험진행비교。결과치료전，백혈병환자혈액중적혈청매화자등미량원소명현고우건강인군，경과치료후，제료락원소함량출현승고지외，기타균출현하강혹자회복，차이현저，P<0.05。결론대환자진행혈액생화학검험，기혈액중적자화동이급유산탈경매등함량변화대환자적병정화치료효과유일정적삼고개치，동시대림상관찰환자병정제공일정적의거。
Objective The purpose of leukemia patients before and after treatment for clinical blood chemistry tests, analysis of their blood levels of enzymes and trace changes. Conclusion Patient blood chemistry tests, changes in their blood levels of zinc and copper, and lactate dehydrogenase and treatment of the disease in patients with a certain reference value, while the disease clinical observations provide some basis.
