目的：探讨肿瘤标志物联合胸部影像学在肺癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法运用电化学发光法对40例肺癌患者、40例肺部良性病变者、40例健康查体者的 cea、nse、CY211、ca125的血清水平进行检测并比较。结果肺癌组患者的四种肿瘤标志物水平均明显高于健康查体组及良性病变组，存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤标志物联合胸部影像学检查能够尽早的对肺癌做出较为准确的诊断，有利于临床的诊疗。
목적：탐토종류표지물연합흉부영상학재폐암조기진단중적응용개치。방법운용전화학발광법대40례폐암환자、40례폐부량성병변자、40례건강사체자적 cea、nse、CY211、ca125적혈청수평진행검측병비교。결과폐암조환자적사충종류표지물수평균명현고우건강사체조급량성병변조，존재차이성(P<0.05)。결론종류표지물연합흉부영상학검사능구진조적대폐암주출교위준학적진단，유리우림상적진료。
Objective To the diagnosis value of combined detection of tumor markers combined chest imaging for lung cancer.Methods The electro- chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to detect theCY211、cea、nse、ca125 in serum of 40 patients with lung caner,40 patients with benign diseases and 40 normal healthy people and statistics was used to conduct comparative analysis.Results The serum level of five tumor markers in lung caner group were higher than those in the benign disease group and the control group. There was statistics difference(P<0.05).the tumor markers combined chest imaging can make an accurate diagnosis as early as possible for lung cancer,and it is helpful to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
