目的：探讨宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术治疗妇科疾病的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2010年3月至2011年3月在我院应用宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术治疗的81例妇科疾病患者临床资料。结果81例患者共施行114项手术，全部在宫腔镜与腹腔镜下完成；无子宫穿孔、邻近脏器损伤及术后感染等并发症发生。结论宫、腹腔镜联合手术对妇科疾病既有诊断方面的作用，同时又兼顾治疗宫腔与盆腔内的疾病，在腹腔镜配合操作宫腔镜，可大大提高疾病诊断的准确性及治疗的有效性、增加了宫腔镜手术的安全性，且创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少，值得临床广泛应用。
목적：탐토궁강경여복강경연합수술치료부과질병적림상개치。방법회고성분석2010년3월지2011년3월재아원응용궁강경여복강경연합수술치료적81례부과질병환자림상자료。결과81례환자공시행114항수술，전부재궁강경여복강경하완성；무자궁천공、린근장기손상급술후감염등병발증발생。결론궁、복강경연합수술대부과질병기유진단방면적작용，동시우겸고치료궁강여분강내적질병，재복강경배합조작궁강경，가대대제고질병진단적준학성급치료적유효성、증가료궁강경수술적안전성，차창상소、술후회복쾌、병발증소，치득림상엄범응용。
