This paper introduces the electrical transformation using OMRON CPM1A series PLC for each AP-301 type large face lathe,through the analysis of electric circuit to ground lathe,stated the system reform scheme,according to the control requirements and characteristics of the face lathe,determine the PLC input and output distribution,design the ladder diagram and debugging.
