目的：了解社区老年人脂肪肝的发病情况，以便提出针对性的防治措施。方法对2951名65岁以上社区老年人健康体检的肝脏B超检查结果进行分析。结果检出脂肪肝692名，检出率为23.45%，脂肪肝检出率女性高于男性，且与年龄有一定相关性。结论社区老年人脂肪肝发生率高，要强化自我保健意识，改变不良生活方式，早期防治脂肪肝。
목적：료해사구노년인지방간적발병정황，이편제출침대성적방치조시。방법대2951명65세이상사구노년인건강체검적간장B초검사결과진행분석。결과검출지방간692명，검출솔위23.45%，지방간검출솔녀성고우남성，차여년령유일정상관성。결론사구노년인지방간발생솔고，요강화자아보건의식，개변불량생활방식，조기방치지방간。
Objective To acknowledge the incidence of fatty liver of aged people in community in order to propose the targeted prevention measures. Methods The liver B ultrasound examination results in physical examination of 2951 aged people with over the age of 65 in community were analyzed. Results The fatty liver were detected in 692 people, the detection rate was 23.45%. The detection rate of fatty liver in women was higher than that in men, which is correlated with the age. Conclusion The aged people in community has high incidence of fatty liver, and should strengthen self-health awareness, change bad lifestyle, early prevent and treatment fatty liver.
