目的：探讨认知护理干预在DEACMP所致认知障碍恢复中的作用。方法我院2011年1月～2012年12月住院诊断为DEACMP患者60例，随机分为认知护理组及常规治疗组各30例。两组均予常规治疗及康复训练，认知护理组给予一对一的认知功能训练，疗程8周。结果两组患者治疗后MOCA量表各子项目评分与治疗前比较均有显著提高（P＜0.05）。认知护理组患者MOCA量表评分较常规治疗组有显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论对DEACMP患者早期进行认知护理干预，对于改善认知功能有重要的作用。
목적：탐토인지호리간예재DEACMP소치인지장애회복중적작용。방법아원2011년1월～2012년12월주원진단위DEACMP환자60례，수궤분위인지호리조급상규치료조각30례。량조균여상규치료급강복훈련，인지호리조급여일대일적인지공능훈련，료정8주。결과량조환자치료후MOCA량표각자항목평분여치료전비교균유현저제고（P＜0.05）。인지호리조환자MOCA량표평분교상규치료조유현저제고（P＜0.05）。결론대DEACMP환자조기진행인지호리간예，대우개선인지공능유중요적작용。
Objective To investigate the role of cognitive nursing intervention in cognitive impairment caused by DEACMP. Methods 60 DEACMP patients in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were randomly divided into cognitive nursing group and conventional treatment group,each group had 30 cases. The two groups were both given conventional treatment and rehabilitation,the patients in the cognitive nursing group were given one to one cognitive training for 8 weeks. Results After the treatment,each subproject of MOCA Scale was significantly increased compared with before the treatment(P<0.05). MOCA Scale of the cognitive nursing group was significantly increased compared with the conventional treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion Giving DEACMP patients cognitive nursing intervention has an important role in improving cognitiv function.
