目的：探讨心理护理干预对宫颈癌患者焦虑与抑郁状态的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将96例宫颈癌患者分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予常规护理联合心理护理。采用焦虑、抑郁自评量表进行评分，并了解两组患者对护理的满意度。结果护理后观察组焦虑评分为（34.3±9.5）分，对照组的焦虑评分为（49.3±9.7）分，两组进行统计分析，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；常规护理后患者抑郁评分为（48.4±11.2）分，心理护理后患者抑郁评分为（35.3±10.2）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组患者对护理质量满意度为97.92%，对照组患者对护理质量满意度为81.25%，差异有统计学意义（x2=5.47，P＜0.05）。结论心理护理可改善宫颈癌患者的焦虑、抑郁状态，提高患者对护理质量的满意度，在临床上有较高的应用价值。
목적：탐토심리호리간예대궁경암환자초필여억욱상태적영향。방법채용수궤수자표법장96례궁경암환자분위량조，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조급여상규호리연합심리호리。채용초필、억욱자평량표진행평분，병료해량조환자대호리적만의도。결과호리후관찰조초필평분위（34.3±9.5）분，대조조적초필평분위（49.3±9.7）분，량조진행통계분석，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）；상규호리후환자억욱평분위（48.4±11.2）분，심리호리후환자억욱평분위（35.3±10.2）분，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。관찰조환자대호리질량만의도위97.92%，대조조환자대호리질량만의도위81.25%，차이유통계학의의（x2=5.47，P＜0.05）。결론심리호리가개선궁경암환자적초필、억욱상태，제고환자대호리질량적만의도，재림상상유교고적응용개치。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological care on anxiety, depression in patients with uterine cervix cancer. Methods 96 patients with uterine cervix cancer were divided into two groups with random digits table. The control group was given usual care, the observation group received usual care and psychological care. Scores of anxiety, depression and satisfaction of nursing quality were recorded. Results Score of anxiety after care in observation group was (34.3±9.5), better than(49.3±9.7)in control group(P<0.01).Score of depression after care in observation group was(35.3±10.2), lower than (48.4±11.2)in control group(P<0.01). The satisfaction of nursing quality in observation group was 97.92%, higher than 81.25% in control group(x2=5.47,P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychological care can improve the anxiety, depressive state in patients with uterine cervix cancer,and increase the satisfaction of nursing quality.It is worth promoting in clinical applications.
