“卓越工程师教育培养计划”是一项重要的人才培养模式改革，其在知识、能力和素质等方面具有特殊需求，尤其强调了具有国际视野的创新型工程技术人才。根据卓越工程师人才教育培养的要求，汲取国内外在工程应用人才培养模块化建设的经验，构建工业工程专业的能力体系，研究以能力培养为导向的教学模块构成要素，进行模块化人才培养方案和企业实践阶段的质量保障与监控体系构建。通过模块学习及其优化组合，实现工业工程专业卓越工程师人才培养目标。

“Excellent Engineers Training Program”is an important reform in training mode.It has special demands of students’knowledge,ability and quality with particular emphasis on innovative talent with in-ternational horizons.According to the requirements of training excellent engineers,having absorbed the home and international training experiences,the paper proposes to establish the capability system of indus-trial engineering and studies the components of capability-developing oriented teaching modular.The mod-ular talent training program and the quality assurance and monitoring system of business practice is estab-lished.By modular learning and optimization,the training obj ectives of excellent engineers is achieved.
