高校的和谐稳定，直接关系到整个社会的和谐与稳定。构建和谐高校，需要高度重视高校的构成主体---高校教师和大学生的个体和谐发展以及师生之间关系的和谐发展。具体到当前高校建设的主要任务，即要加强教师群体的心理健康和师德教育，加强大学生的心理健康教育和人文精神教育，同时要建立平等、民主的师生关系，创造和谐的课堂氛围，加强师生之间的互动交流。
高校的和諧穩定，直接關繫到整箇社會的和諧與穩定。構建和諧高校，需要高度重視高校的構成主體---高校教師和大學生的箇體和諧髮展以及師生之間關繫的和諧髮展。具體到噹前高校建設的主要任務，即要加彊教師群體的心理健康和師德教育，加彊大學生的心理健康教育和人文精神教育，同時要建立平等、民主的師生關繫，創造和諧的課堂氛圍，加彊師生之間的互動交流。
고교적화해은정，직접관계도정개사회적화해여은정。구건화해고교，수요고도중시고교적구성주체---고교교사화대학생적개체화해발전이급사생지간관계적화해발전。구체도당전고교건설적주요임무，즉요가강교사군체적심리건강화사덕교육，가강대학생적심리건강교육화인문정신교육，동시요건립평등、민주적사생관계，창조화해적과당분위，가강사생지간적호동교류。
The harmony and stability of universities is directly related to the social harmony and stability. To construct harmonious universities,great importance should be attached to the harmonious development of university teachers and students,and the harmonious relationship between them.The main task of cur-rent university construction is to strengthen the teachers ’ psychological and ethics education, the students’psychological and humanistic education,at the same time,to establish the equal and democratic teacher-student relationship,to create a harmonious classroom atmosphere,and to enhance the interaction between teachers and students.
