目的：探讨妇科再造胶囊与克罗米芬联合治疗无排卵性不孕的临床效果。方法收集2012年4月～2013年10月来我院治疗的无排卵性不孕患者58例，将其随机分为两组，观察组29例，采用克罗米芬联合妇科再造胶囊治疗；对照组29例，采用克罗米芬治疗。两组都以3个月经周期作为1个治疗疗程。结果卵巢优势卵泡直径比较中，观察组C12、C14均大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的排卵率为84.8%，妊娠率为51.7%，对照组为75.0%，31.0%，观察组排卵率及妊娠率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组子宫内膜厚度≥8～13mm的患者比例高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论无排卵性不孕症患者采用妇科再造胶囊与克罗米芬联合治疗效果与单独应用克罗米芬治疗效果显著，可以在临床推广应用。

목적：탐토부과재조효낭여극라미분연합치료무배란성불잉적림상효과。방법수집2012년4월～2013년10월래아원치료적무배란성불잉환자58례，장기수궤분위량조，관찰조29례，채용극라미분연합부과재조효낭치료；대조조29례，채용극라미분치료。량조도이3개월경주기작위1개치료료정。결과란소우세란포직경비교중，관찰조C12、C14균대우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。관찰조적배란솔위84.8%，임신솔위51.7%，대조조위75.0%，31.0%，관찰조배란솔급임신솔균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。관찰조자궁내막후도≥8～13mm적환자비례고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론무배란성불잉증환자채용부과재조효낭여극라미분연합치료효과여단독응용극라미분치료효과현저，가이재림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gynecological recycling capsules combined with clomiphene in the treatment of anovulatory infertility. Methods 58 patients with anovulatory infertility were collected from April 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital, who were randomly divided into the two groups. 29 cases of the observation group were used the clomiphene combined with gynecological recycling capsules treatment;29 cases of the control group were used the clomiphene treatment. Three menstrual cycles were as a course of treatment in the two groups. Results The comparison of ovarian dominant follicle diameter showed that the C12,C14 in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were 84.8%, 51.7% respectively,while those in the control group were 75.0%,31.0% respectively,the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The proportion of patients with endometrial thickness≥8-13mm in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of gynecological recycling capsules combined with clomiphene in the treatment of patients with anovulatory infertility is equally significant with that of alone clomiphene, and it can be applicated in clinical.
