目的:探讨分析阿奇霉素治疗成人支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的支原体肺炎成人患者46例,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组使用红霉素治疗,观察组使用阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床症状消失时间,胸片恢复正常时间,住院时间,治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率的差异。结果观察组患者临床症状消失时间、胸片恢复正常时间及住院时间均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.7%,明显高于对照组的65.2%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为13.0%,明显低于对照组的47.8%(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素治疗成年支原体肺炎疗效显著,能缩短住院时间,减少不良反应发生。

목적:탐토분석아기매소치료성인지원체폐염적림상효과。방법선취아원수치적지원체폐염성인환자46례,수궤균분위대조조화관찰조,대조조사용홍매소치료,관찰조사용아기매소치료。비교량조환자치료후적림상증상소실시간,흉편회복정상시간,주원시간,치료총유효솔급불량반응발생솔적차이。결과관찰조환자림상증상소실시간、흉편회복정상시간급주원시간균명현저우대조조,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조치료총유효솔위95.7%,명현고우대조조적65.2%(P<0.05)。관찰조불량반응발생솔위13.0%,명현저우대조조적47.8%(P<0.05)。결론아기매소치료성년지원체폐염료효현저,능축단주원시간,감소불량반응발생。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of azithromycin for the treatment of adult mycoplasmal pneumonia patients. Methods 46 cases of mycoplasmal pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group were treated with erythromycin.Observation group were treated with azithromycin.The clinical symptoms disappeared time,chest X-ray recovery time,hospital stay,total effective rate and adverse reactions rate of two groups were compared. Results The clinical symptoms disappeared time,chest X-ray recovery time,hospital stay of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group(95.7%) was significantly higher than control group(65.2%),P < 0.05.The adverse reactions rate of observation group was significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin for the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia can ensure curative effect,reduce hospital stay and adverse reactions rate.
