Strengthen the cost management and control of co-nstruction project has become an important part of the project construction management, which should be highly appreciated by the project parties. In this article, the author carries out the analysis of the existing problems of current project cost man-agement system in China, and put forward some referential su-ggestions to solve these problems and provide reference for the related personnel.
