    随着中国经济发展，城市化进程日新月异。但近年来，中国内陆城市因雨季排水不畅带来的灾难问题也在不断发生。本文借鉴新加坡城市排水经验，分析了北京所要解决的城市生态环境问题及应对措施。

    With Chinese economic development, the urbaniz-ation process changed rapidly. But in recent years, the disaster problems of poor drainage during the rainy season are consta-ntly brought to occur in Chinese inland cities. This article lear-ns from the experiences of urban drainage in Singapore and a-nalyzes the urban ecological environment problems and count-ermeasures to be solved in Beijing.
