随着人们住宅需求的日益增长，住宅建设与耕地保护难免会产生冲突。因此，可以采用掉层建筑结构来解决这一问题，掉层建筑结构指的是同一栋住宅的底界面放置在不同标高的场地基面，而且最高接地点以下按层高来对楼面的接地结构进行设置。
