随着城市化进程的不断加快，拆迁安置问题成为了城市发展的重要问题。然而在前期规划设计中，由于缺乏人文关怀，导致拆迁户入住后找不到归属感，缺乏社会依存感。本文对人文关怀的安置小区规划设计进行了分析与研究。
隨著城市化進程的不斷加快，拆遷安置問題成為瞭城市髮展的重要問題。然而在前期規劃設計中，由于缺乏人文關懷，導緻拆遷戶入住後找不到歸屬感，缺乏社會依存感。本文對人文關懷的安置小區規劃設計進行瞭分析與研究。

With the constant acceleration of urbanization ad-vancement, the demolition and resettlement problem has be-come an important problem of urban development. In the pr-ophase planning and design, however, because of the lack of humanistic care, relocated people cannot find a sense of bel-onging, and lack of social sense of dependence. In this article, the author carried out the analysis and research of the reset-tlement residential area planning and design with humanistic care.
