目的:探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的效果、安全性和影响因素。方法回顾性分析2012年10月-2013年5月我院收治的输尿管镜钬激光碎石患者32例,对碎石率、排石率和并发症等进行统计分析。结果本组患者平均手术时间40 min,一次性碎石成功率93.75%,1例结石移位改行体外冲击波碎石,1例合并有肾结石择期行经皮肾镜碎石术;术后肉眼血尿12例,发热3例,腰痛4例;术后住院3 d~7 d;1个月后复查30例结石完全排净。结论经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石疗效肯定、安全、无明显并发症,是目前腔道碎石中治疗输尿管结石的最佳方法。结石大小、部位、病程、输尿管扭曲及操作者技术熟练程度是影响手术疗效的主要因素。
目的:探討輸尿管鏡下鈥激光碎石術治療輸尿管結石的效果、安全性和影響因素。方法迴顧性分析2012年10月-2013年5月我院收治的輸尿管鏡鈥激光碎石患者32例,對碎石率、排石率和併髮癥等進行統計分析。結果本組患者平均手術時間40 min,一次性碎石成功率93.75%,1例結石移位改行體外遲擊波碎石,1例閤併有腎結石擇期行經皮腎鏡碎石術;術後肉眼血尿12例,髮熱3例,腰痛4例;術後住院3 d~7 d;1箇月後複查30例結石完全排淨。結論經輸尿管鏡鈥激光碎石術治療輸尿管結石療效肯定、安全、無明顯併髮癥,是目前腔道碎石中治療輸尿管結石的最佳方法。結石大小、部位、病程、輸尿管扭麯及操作者技術熟練程度是影響手術療效的主要因素。
목적:탐토수뇨관경하화격광쇄석술치료수뇨관결석적효과、안전성화영향인소。방법회고성분석2012년10월-2013년5월아원수치적수뇨관경화격광쇄석환자32례,대쇄석솔、배석솔화병발증등진행통계분석。결과본조환자평균수술시간40 min,일차성쇄석성공솔93.75%,1례결석이위개행체외충격파쇄석,1례합병유신결석택기행경피신경쇄석술;술후육안혈뇨12례,발열3례,요통4례;술후주원3 d~7 d;1개월후복사30례결석완전배정。결론경수뇨관경화격광쇄석술치료수뇨관결석료효긍정、안전、무명현병발증,시목전강도쇄석중치료수뇨관결석적최가방법。결석대소、부위、병정、수뇨관뉴곡급조작자기술숙련정도시영향수술료효적주요인소。
Objective To investigate the ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi effect,safety and effect factors. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2012 October to 2013 May were treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in 32 cases, statistical analysis was done on the stone, the stone expulsion rate and the rate of complications. Results Of the 32 patients, the average operation time was 40min. A success rate of 93.75%(30/32),1 cases of calculi shift to extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,1 cases with renal calculi undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy;12 cases of hematuria after operation;3 cases of fever;4 patients with low back pain;postoperative hospital stay 3 to 7 days;in January after the review 30 cases of complete stone drain. Conclusion Sure, the efficacy of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi is safe, without obvious complications, is the best method for endoscopic lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculi. Stone size, location, time, history of ureter twist and operator skilled degree are the main factors that influence the operation effect.
