目的:通过分析深龋软化牙本质中细菌菌属的变化情况,探讨三种不同盖髓材料的抑菌效果。方法选择发生窝沟龋、牙髓尚未暴露的下颌磨牙作为研究对象,患牙去腐、备洞后采用三种不同的材料:光固化氢氧化钙、Vitapex糊剂、MTA作为基础垫底材料,之后用玻璃离子水门汀双层垫底,光固化复合树脂充填。分别于垫底前与垫底后3个月于窝洞洞底取材,通过细菌培养方法检测洞底软化牙本质中细菌菌属的变化情况。结果光固化氢氧化钙垫底前后,部分病例可检测到细菌存在;Vitapex糊剂试验组只有1例能够检测到细菌;MTA垫底3个月后窝洞洞底软化牙本质中未检出细菌。结论 MTA是一种比Vitapex糊剂和光固化氢氧化钙具有更加良好抑菌效果的盖髓材料,是深龋治疗过程中理想的垫底材料。

목적:통과분석심우연화아본질중세균균속적변화정황,탐토삼충불동개수재료적억균효과。방법선택발생와구우、아수상미폭로적하합마아작위연구대상,환아거부、비동후채용삼충불동적재료:광고화경양화개、Vitapex호제、MTA작위기출점저재료,지후용파리리자수문정쌍층점저,광고화복합수지충전。분별우점저전여점저후3개월우와동동저취재,통과세균배양방법검측동저연화아본질중세균균속적변화정황。결과광고화경양화개점저전후,부분병례가검측도세균존재;Vitapex호제시험조지유1례능구검측도세균;MTA점저3개월후와동동저연화아본질중미검출세균。결론 MTA시일충비Vitapex호제화광고화경양화개구유경가량호억균효과적개수재료,시심우치료과정중이상적점저재료。
Objective To explore the inhibitory effect of three different pulp capping materials through analysis the change of bacterial genus of softening dentin of deep caries. Methods Mandibular molars with Fissure caries, the pulp has not been exposed, as research subjects. Removed detritus,preparated cavities, and used three different materials:light-cured hydroxide calcium, Vitapex paste and MTA as base agents. At last, glass ionomer cement as the double bottom, light-cured composite resin filled the cavities. Drawning at the bottom of cavity before and the 3 months after filling, and bacteria genus changes was detected in softened dentin by bacterial culture. Results Bacterials could be detected in some cases of calcium hydroxide group; only one case was able to find the bacterial in the experiment group of Vitapex paste;there was no bacterial can be detected in MTA group. Conclusion Compared with the Vitapex pasteand and light-cured hydroxide calcium,MTA may be the better and the ideal base material in the treatment of deep caries.
