针对华能国际电力股份有限公司上安电厂600 M W超临界机组 QG400/300型给水前置泵安全稳定性差、运行效率低等问题,通过安全节能优化诊断分析,提出削减扬程和通流改造等优化措施,经性能测试,认为优化效果良好,可在大型机组给水前置泵安全节能优化改造中推广。

Aiming at the problems that QG400/300 feedwater boost pump of supporting the poor ,too large design margin , poor stability and low efficiency in Huaneng Power Interna-tional Inc S.hang′an Power Plant 600 MW supercritical direct air-cooling unit in ,the safe and energy-saving optimization a-nalysis has been done .The measures have been puts forword to cut feedwater boost pump head and to optimize the flow path retrofit .The performance test proves that optimization have achieved and can popularize in better security and ener-gy-saving reformation of feedwater boost pump in large unit .
