目的：探讨跟骨锁定板治疗SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法采用外侧L形切口联合跟骨锁定板治疗28例跟骨骨折患者（共31足）。结果28例均获随访，时间6～24个月。术前与术后及术后6个月Bhler角、Gissane角及跟骨宽度、高度比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。根据Maryland足部评分系统进行疗效评定：优29足，良2足。结论外侧L形切口联合跟骨锁定板治疗跟骨骨折疗效优良。
목적：탐토근골쇄정판치료SandersⅢ、Ⅳ형근골골절적림상료효。방법채용외측L형절구연합근골쇄정판치료28례근골골절환자（공31족）。결과28례균획수방，시간6～24개월。술전여술후급술후6개월Bhler각、Gissane각급근골관도、고도비교，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。근거Maryland족부평분계통진행료효평정：우29족，량2족。결론외측L형절구연합근골쇄정판치료근골골절료효우량。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of calcaneal locking plate in treatment of SandersⅢ,Ⅳcalca-neal fractures.Methods The L-shape lateral incision combined with calcaneal locking plate were used in the treat-ment of 28 patients with calcaneal fractures (3 1 feet).Results 28 patients were followed up for 6~24 months.Be-fore and after surgery and after six months,Bhler angle,Gissane angle and calcaneal width,height were different statistically (P<0.05 ).According to the Maryland foot score efficacy evaluation,the results were excellent in 29 feet,good in 2.Conclusions L-shaped incision and calcaneal locking plate for calcaneal fractures provide good effect.
