研制了一种组合式LED模块标准光源组。 LED模块标准光源组由可调节角度和长度的支臂和多颗白光LED组成， LED的芯片直接封装到热电制冷器TEC上保持光通量恒定。根据待测光源的形状和光通量，确定LED颗数并调节支臂，使组合成的LED模块与待测LED模块相仿，作为车灯LED模块积分球光通量测试的标准光源。实验结果表明，用4颗LED组成1700lm的光源组，每10分钟测试一次，测试10次后的不稳定度为2.0％。组合式LED模块标准光源组光通量恒定，具有广泛的应用前景。

A current modular standard LED source was developed . It is composed of the arms with adjustable angle and length and multiple white LED components which directly encapsulated into the thermoelectric cooler TEC in order to maintain a constant luminous flux . According to the shape and luminous flux of the tested LED light source , the LED number was determined , then the arms will be adjusted to be similar to the tested LED module as luminous flux testing standards with the integrating sphere.Experimental results show that the instability was 2.0% with a modular standard source 1700lm consisted of 4 LED, tested 10 times every 10 minutes.The modular standard source LED module with constant luminous flux has a wide range of applications .
