The requirements of heating and cooling in buildings are typically low exergy requirements. Exergy analysis method is a effective thermodynamic method for energy system, especially for low exergy energy system. Exergy consumptions of the building subsystems are analyzed in heating condition, and the consumption rules of their exergy value are calculated. The conclusion is made that enhancing thermal performance of building envelop should be the prior consideration.
