针对地源热泵系统中U型地埋管换热器两个支管间热短路问题建立三维传热模型,用FLUENT软件分别模拟了不同井深、不同流体速度对单位井深换热量的影响,并在不同流体速度下对U型管沿程温度分布进行了分析。结果表明,由于热短路的影响,单位井深换热量随井深的增加而减小;流体速度越小,热短路现象越严重。在出水管段敷设保温层及U型管间加隔热板等措施可有效减小热短路的影响,前者使单井总换热量提高5.53%,后者使单井总换热量提高8.04%。
針對地源熱泵繫統中U型地埋管換熱器兩箇支管間熱短路問題建立三維傳熱模型,用FLUENT軟件分彆模擬瞭不同井深、不同流體速度對單位井深換熱量的影響,併在不同流體速度下對U型管沿程溫度分佈進行瞭分析。結果錶明,由于熱短路的影響,單位井深換熱量隨井深的增加而減小;流體速度越小,熱短路現象越嚴重。在齣水管段敷設保溫層及U型管間加隔熱闆等措施可有效減小熱短路的影響,前者使單井總換熱量提高5.53%,後者使單井總換熱量提高8.04%。
침대지원열빙계통중U형지매관환열기량개지관간열단로문제건립삼유전열모형,용FLUENT연건분별모의료불동정심、불동류체속도대단위정심환열량적영향,병재불동류체속도하대U형관연정온도분포진행료분석。결과표명,유우열단로적영향,단위정심환열량수정심적증가이감소;류체속도월소,열단로현상월엄중。재출수관단부설보온층급U형관간가격열판등조시가유효감소열단로적영향,전자사단정총환열량제고5.53%,후자사단정총환열량제고8.04%。
A three-dimensional heat transfer model about two branch tubes of U-type ground-tube heat exchangers was established in Ground Source Heat Pump system. The effects of different borehole depth and flow velocity on the heat exchanging quantity per well-depth were researched by FLUENT. The temperature distribution along the U-type tube axial was analyzed under the difference flow velocity. The results show that the heat exchanging quantity per well-depth reduced with improvement of well-depth due to thermal interference. The influence of thermal interference was more serious when flow velocity decreased. The influence of thermal interference could be reduced by adding the thermal insulating layer or thermal insulating board, and the former made the total heat exchanging quantity per well-depth increase more than 5.53%, and the latter 8.04%.
