目的:研究CT引导下的腰椎射频电流导管消融术临床疗效。方法:对33例腰椎间盘突出症患者行腰椎射频电流导管消融术;应用SPSS17统计软件对患者术前24 h、术后24 h、1周、1个月及3个月行视觉模拟评分(VAS)评定疼痛程度及腰椎功能日本矫形外科协会(JOA)评分,并进行分析。结果:33例患者均获得随访,患者术后24 h、1周、1个月及3个月的JOA、VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.77,t=5.41,t=7.36,t=10.57;P<0.05)。结论:腰椎射频电流导管消融是在CT引导下进行的一种微创手术,治疗符合其适应证的腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效良好,且具有操作安全简单、手术时间短、损伤小以及出血少等优点。

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of lumbar radiofrequency current catheter ablation. Methods:Selection in October 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital of 33 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapsed. Do lumbar radiofrequency current catheter ablation surgery on them. And do Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) score and Visual Analogue Score(VAS) for them with on preoperative and postoperative 24 hours later, one week later and one month later. Use SPSS17 statistical software to analyze the data. Results:Thirty-three cases were followed up, Patients Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) score and Visual Analogue Score(VAS) comparison difference has statistical significance on preoperative and postoperative 24 hours later, one week later and one month later(t=4.77, t=5.41, t=7.36, t=10.57; P<0.05). Conclusion:Lumbar radiofrequency current catheter ablation is a minimally invasive surgery under CT guidance. The clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion which in accordance with its indications curative effect is good. And have the advantages of safe and simple operation, short operation time, less injury, less bleeding.
