目的：对我院门诊中成药处方进行点评与分析，以期为临床合理用药和规范处方书写提供参考。方法：采用回顾性的方法，对我院2011年1月-2012年12月门诊中成药处方每月随机抽取200张，从不规范处方、用药不适宜处方、超常处方等方面进行点评与分析。结果：在4800张点评处方中，合理处方为4377张，不合理处方为423张，处方合理率为91.2％。结论：在建立处方点评制度和采取干预措施后，我院门诊药房合理用药水平不断提高，但不合理用药现象仍然存在，应加强监管，以提高临床合理用药水平。
목적：대아원문진중성약처방진행점평여분석，이기위림상합리용약화규범처방서사제공삼고。방법：채용회고성적방법，대아원2011년1월-2012년12월문진중성약처방매월수궤추취200장，종불규범처방、용약불괄의처방、초상처방등방면진행점평여분석。결과：재4800장점평처방중，합리처방위4377장，불합리처방위423장，처방합리솔위91.2％。결론：재건립처방점평제도화채취간예조시후，아원문진약방합리용약수평불단제고，단불합리용약현상잉연존재，응가강감관，이제고림상합리용약수평。
Objective: To comment and analyze the Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in outpatient of our hospital, in order to improve the quality of prescription writing and provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods: Using retrospective analysis method, a total of 200 Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in outpatient randomly extracted every month from January 2011 to December 2012 were reviewed and analyzed in respect of the unstandardized prescriptions, inappropriated utilization of drugs, extraordinary prescriptions, etc. Results:Out of the total of 4800 prescriptions sampled, 4377 prescriptions (91.2%) were qualiifed, while 423 prescriptions were irrational. Conclusion:After the establishment of prescription review system and adoption of intervention measures, the rationality of prescription in outpatient pharmacy was improved. But the irrational drug use was still observed, we should strengthen the supervision on outpatient prescriptions for improving the rational drug use.
