本系统通过运用数据抓取技术、BM算法和KMP算法，结合体重指数（body mass index）、生化指数以及个人饮食偏好进行了设计与开发，通过科学、合理的疗养生活干预，指导疗养员养成健康的生活习惯，使疗养保障更加科学化、系统化、流程化，提高疗养员的身体素质及增强疗养效果。
