目的：了解北京市40家三甲医院MRI质量控制情况。材料与方法通过对头颅、颈椎、腰椎、膝关节和盆腔等五个部位的磁共振胶片的抽查与现场检查相结合的方式，评判各家医院的磁共振成像质量是否能够达到北京市卫生局医学影像质量控制与改进中心颁布的“磁共振成像硬拷贝图像共享要求”。结果北京市三甲医院磁共振成像质量控制情况总体良好，但也存在以下不足：①磁共振伪影的认识不足；②磁共振匀场问题；③压脂效果不肯定；④FOV设置不当以及胶片信息和观片灯老化等方面的问题。结论磁共振成像质量控制是硬拷贝图像共享的前提。
목적：료해북경시40가삼갑의원MRI질량공제정황。재료여방법통과대두로、경추、요추、슬관절화분강등오개부위적자공진효편적추사여현장검사상결합적방식，평판각가의원적자공진성상질량시부능구체도북경시위생국의학영상질량공제여개진중심반포적“자공진성상경고패도상공향요구”。결과북경시삼갑의원자공진성상질량공제정황총체량호，단야존재이하불족：①자공진위영적인식불족；②자공진균장문제；③압지효과불긍정；④FOV설치불당이급효편신식화관편등노화등방면적문제。결론자공진성상질량공제시경고패도상공향적전제。
Objective To investigate the current situation of MRI quality control in forty grade 3 and ifrst-class hospitals in Beijing. Materials and Methods Analyzed the MRI iflms of brain, cervical vertebra, lumbar vertebra, knee joint, and pelvis through combined selective examinations with on-site inspections, in order to judge whether the MRI quality can meet the requirements issued by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Healthy Center For Medical Imaging Quality Control and Improvement. Results Quality control of MRI is generally good in grade 3 and ifrst-class hospitals in Beijing, problems mostly come from MRI artifacts, magnetic ifeld shimming, fat suppression, inappropriate FOV, as well as problem with iflm viewer. Conclusion Quality control of MRI iflm is the premise of hardcopy image sharing in Beijing.
