介绍了一种新型的高精度动态称重系统，其特点是能快速准确地对生产线产品进行实时称重，实时计算、存储和显示数据，并根据数据对产品进行分拣、分级筛选和剔除。硬件上采用PLC控制、触摸屏操作，软件上设置限幅斜率滤波的软件算法，设计了对应的软件滤波程序，提高数据处理精度和效率。实验结果表明，该系统运行精确可靠。该设备具有精度高，成本低，运行可靠，界面显示大方，操作简便以及拓展功能多等特点，简单易用，工作稳定，大大降低劳动强度和产品成本。

A new high-precision dynamic weighing-sorting system was described. Its characteristics included the rapid and accurate real-time weighing of products from production lines, the real-time calculation, storage and display of data, and the sorting, classification and rejecting of the products based on the data. A PLC and a touch screen were used as the hardwares, and an amplitude-limiting slope filtering algorithm set as the software. The corresponding software filtering program was designed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of data processing. The results indicated that the system ran accurately and reliably. With the features of high precision, low cost, reliable running, good-looking display, simple operation and more expansions,the system could help to greatly decrease the intensity of work and cost of products.
