钠的含量是食品营养标签中唯一一种强制标明的矿物质。本方法探讨了一种对奶茶饮料中钠含量进行的检测方法。样品经干法灰化后,采用火焰原子吸收光谱仪,以钠元素特征吸收谱线的次灵敏线330.3nm进行定量分析,在5~100mg/L范围内能准确定量,回收率为100%~106%,仪器最低检出限为0.38mg/L,方法最低检出限为3mg/L。经反复验证,此法适合于奶茶饮料中钠含量的测定。

The content of sodium is the only one mineral substance indicator mandatorily shown in the nutrition labeling of food. A method was developed for the direct determination of sodium in milk tea by flame atomic absorption spectropho-tometry. The samples were pretreated by dry ashing and then quantitatively analyzed with a flame atomic absorption spec-trophotometer with a secondary sensitive wavelength of 330.3nm. The quantification was accurately achieved in the range of 5-100mg/L,and the recovery ranged from 100%to 106%. The minimum detection limits(MDL)of the instrument and method were 0.38mg/L and 3mg/L,respectively. Repeated verifications proved that this method can be used for the deter-mination of content of sodium in milk tea.
