精品资源共享课是“十二五”期间实施的“本科教学工程”项目的重要组成部分，继承和发展了国家精品课程。在高等教育从规模扩张到内涵建设的转型时期，本科教学质量成为今天热点话题。文章首先分析了建设精品资源共享课的内涵和基本要求，其次以武汉大学为例分析了其建设精品资源共享课的现状和成果，然后从建设精品资源共享课的组织形式，方式方法，激励机制等方面进行了探索。

Boutique resource sharing lessons are an important part of the implementation of the"Twelfth Five-Year"period"undergraduate teaching project", the inheritance and development of a national quality courses. Expansion of higher educa-tion to the transition period from the connotation construction, quality of undergraduate teaching to become a hot topic today. The article first analyzes the construction quality of resource sharing lessons connotation and basic requirements, followed by Wuhan University, for example analysis of its construction quality status of resource sharing lessons and results, and then in the form of organizational resource sharing lessons from the construction quality, and ways and means of incentives and other aspects to make the exploration.
