目的：探讨采用细胃管与常规胸腔闭式引流管治疗自发性气胸的疗效。方法：将2011年01月～2013年06月在我院需行胸腔闭式引流治疗的60例自发性气胸患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组31例应用细胃管作为胸腔引流管，对照组29例应用常规胸腔闭式引流管进行治疗，对两组患者的疗效、切口疼痛程度、引流管拔管时间及并发症等临床指标进行对比分析。结果：两组患者的疗效、拔管时间和并发症比较，差异无统计学意义，但实验组在切口疼痛程度方面明显优于对照组（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：相对于常规胸腔引流管而言，细胃管行胸腔闭式引流治疗自发性气胸操作简单、创伤小、安全性高，可明显减轻患者痛苦，值得临床推广。

Objectives:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the thin gastric tube in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax compared with the traditional closed thoracic drainage. Methods:60 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax required closed thoracic drainage in our hospital between January 2011 and June 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group of 31 patients was treated with the thin gastric tube,and the control group of 29 patients was treated with the traditional closed thoracic drainage.The efficacy,the degree of pain after treatment,extubation time,compliance of two groups and other relevant clinical indicators were analyzed in both groups. Results:There was no significant difference between the efficacy,the degree of pain and compliance after treatment between the two groups but significant difference was found in the degree of pain. Conclusions:The thin gastric tube is an effective treatment for spontaneous pneumothorax,easy to operate, a smal trauma,a high safety,and has a bet er degree of pain over the traditional closed thoracic drainage,which is worthy of further promotion.
