Diaphragm pump is a kind of pipeline transportation equipment w hich is used in mining and chemical indus-try . The discharge of diaphragm pump is subjected to force and torque of piping system . In order not to damage the diaphragm pump , it is necessary for us to control force and ensure the strength . Through establishing the three -di-mensional model and running the finite element analysis in SolidWorks , The paper got deformation and stress results of diaphragm pump , and checked the matching of connection load and equipment .
