隔膜泵是一种应用于矿山、化工等领域的管道输送设备，其出料管口处受到管路系统所施加的力与力矩的作用，为了隔膜泵不被损坏，需要控制其受力情况，保证强度满足设计要求。通过在SolidWorks中建立三维模型，并进行有限元分析，得到了隔膜泵的变形及应力结果，校验了管口载荷与设备本身的匹配性。

Diaphragm pump is a kind of pipeline transportation equipment w hich is used in mining and chemical indus-try . The discharge of diaphragm pump is subjected to force and torque of piping system . In order not to damage the diaphragm pump , it is necessary for us to control force and ensure the strength . Through establishing the three -di-mensional model and running the finite element analysis in SolidWorks , The paper got deformation and stress results of diaphragm pump , and checked the matching of connection load and equipment .
