用阴极固相电解还原法,将氧化铅置于特定的阴极板上,在氢氧化钠溶液中通以直流电进行电解,对电解工艺参数进行试验。结果表明,采用阴极固相电还原法制备金属海绵铅的最佳工艺参数是:电解液中氢氧化钠浓度10%,电解温度45~60℃,电流密度600 A/m2,同极距80 m m。
用陰極固相電解還原法,將氧化鉛置于特定的陰極闆上,在氫氧化鈉溶液中通以直流電進行電解,對電解工藝參數進行試驗。結果錶明,採用陰極固相電還原法製備金屬海綿鉛的最佳工藝參數是:電解液中氫氧化鈉濃度10%,電解溫度45~60℃,電流密度600 A/m2,同極距80 m m。
용음겁고상전해환원법,장양화연치우특정적음겁판상,재경양화납용액중통이직류전진행전해,대전해공예삼수진행시험。결과표명,채용음겁고상전환원법제비금속해면연적최가공예삼수시:전해액중경양화납농도10%,전해온도45~60℃,전류밀도600 A/m2,동겁거80 m m。
The Cathode Solid Phase Electrolytic Reduction Method was used to reduce sponge lead . Electro-lytic parameter were tested by putting lead oxide onto the specific cathode plate , then connecting it with di-rect current in the sodium hydroxide solution . The best craft parameters were gotten by adopting Cathode Solid Phase Electrolytic Reduction Method to make metal sponge lead :Sodium hydroxide concentration in the electrolysis solution is 10% , electrolytic temperature is 45~60℃ , current density is 600 A/m2 , dis-tance between the same electrode is 80 mm .
