针对某矿膏体充填物料,通过全面实验法研究了膏体充填材料的综合性能,并推荐了最优配比。结果表明,浓度与塌落度、分层度、泌水率呈负相关,与强度正相关;水泥添加量与塌落度、28 d强度正相关,与分层度、泌水率负相关。根据塌落度25~27 cm、分层度0.3~0.6 cm、泌水率5%~15%时,推荐全尾砂与水淬渣重量比例为75∶25,28 d单轴强度>2 M Pa时灰砂比为1∶8,膏体浓度为76%~78%;当28 d单轴强度>0.5 M Pa时,灰砂比为1∶16,膏体浓度为76%~78%。

The composite properties were tested by the comprehensive method based on the paste backfill material in a mine , the best ratio of each material was recommended . The results shown that the paste concentration had a negative relationship with slump , segregation degree and bleeding rate , and positive related with the UCS . The cements consumption was positive related with slump and UCS at 28 d , and negative related with segregation , bleeding rate . The recommend ratio was cement tailings ratio 1∶8 and the concentration 76% ~78% for UCS at 28 d larger than 2 M Pa , the other is cement tailings ratio 1∶16 and the concentration 76% ~78% for UCS at 28 d larger than 0 .5 MPa , when the slump 25~27 cm , the segregation degree 0 .3~0 .6 cm , the bleeding rate 5% ~15% , the tailings-slag ratio 75∶25 .
