The university-orientation of teacher education refers to the systematic planning which based on the institutions of higher education according to the logic of university for the preservice ,beginning and inservice education of the professional teaching staff .The university-orientation of teacher education owning the features developing process become perfect gradually ,developing model appear cultural differences respectively , transforming content considering the integrity etc. During the university-orientation of teacher education process establishing teacher education specialty ,setting up professional teacher education institutions ,forming the secondary discipline of teacher education institutions etc relating to the overall development of university-orientation.
