某市邮政储蓄网点多、设备杂、地域分散、管理复杂、监控与报警系统独立且分散，对于突发事件安保部门不易作出快速反应，存在着较大的安全和管理隐患。针对这一现状，对所辖区、县各个金库、现金保管点、营业网点及ATM自助银行的视频及报警监控系统远程联网集成设计，建立市级邮储监控中心管理平台，可实时查看所辖各网点的现场运营情况，并及时发现和处理异常与紧急情况，实现综合管理，提高工作效率，促进银行的发展。

Since a municipal postal savings includes lots of geographically dispersed branches, and involves many miscellaneous equipments, more-over, independent and decentralized monitoring and alarm systems, security sector is not easy to make a quick response for emergencies, so there are some big security and management risks. Designs and builds video surveillance and alarm integrated network of municipal postal savings which connects all of the video and alarm monitoring systems located at treasuries, cash custody points, retail outlets and ATM self-service banks, helps to real-time monitor the operating conditions of branches, timely detect and deal with abnormal and emer-gency situations, achieves integrated management, improves work efficiency, promotes the development of municipal postal savings.
