我国企业在追求经济效益的过程中，经济效益与社会效益屡屡发生背离现象，企业社会责任问题凸显。文中以正义的视角解读我国企业社会责任，在实践上是对现实的关怀，在理论上建构起研究我国企业社会责任的视角和理论基础，使我国企业对社会责任的履行成为一种内在的自觉。

In enterprises’ pursuing economic benefits ,in China economic benefits often deviates from social benefits ,highlighting the issue of corporate social responsibility (CSR) .Interpretation of the CSR from the perspective of justic is not only the concern form reality in practice ,but also ,in theory ,builds up the perspective and theoretical basis for studying CSR in China w hich makes Chinese enterprises perform the social responsibility consciously .
