文中以中国食品企业员工为样本，对家长式领导行为、领导成员交换和工作投入的问卷数据进行了分析，探索中国特有的家长式领导行为与员工工作投入之间的关系以及领导成员交换在二者关系中的中介作用。结果表明，家长式领导行为中的仁慈领导、德行领导对员工工作投入有显著的正向影响，领导成员交换在德行领导与工作投入之间起完全中介作用。最后对研究结果进行讨论，并指出研究的局限性。

With the Chinese food employees as the samples ,an analysis is made of questionnaire data of paternalistic leadership ,leader-member exchange and emplogees job involvement ,in order to explore the relationship between the typical Chinese paternalistic leadership and job involvement ,and the mediating role of the leader-member exchange in their relationship .T he results show that the benevolent leadership and moral leadership have a significantly positive effect on job involvement ,and that the leader-member exchange plays a fully mediating role in the relationship between moral leadership and job involvement . Finally ,the results are discussed with the limitations of the study presented .
