According to the structural characteristics and the reaction characteristics of the active material in the formatting process, the current density during the container formation was increased and the charging time was shortened in the experiment, in order to realize the quick formation. And through an example, the effects of the increase of current density on the formation process and performance of lead-acid battery were veriifed.
