结合大准线运输特点，通过对大准线运输组织、机车运用、机车整备、人员使用等方面进行分析，阐述了优化机车交路及乘务制度的意义，针对大准线增运方案实施过程中的制约条件，就如何进一步优化机车交路及乘务制度，有效缓解运输增量与设备、人员使用的矛盾，提出改进方案和建议。

This paper analyzes the transport organization, locomotive operation, locomotive servicing and personnel use combining with the characteristics of transportation in Dazhun line, then state the significance of optimize locomotive routing and crew work-ing system, puts forward improvement projects and suggestions for further optimize the locomotive routing and crew working sys-tem, relieve the contradictions of transport increment and equipment effectively, in view of the restriction conditions in the process of increase shipments plan implementation in Dazhun line.
