设计了一种基于 C/S 和 B/S 混合结构的水表远程抄表系统,以 GPRS 网络和 Internet 网络为通道,实现水表系统的远程数据采集和传输,同时给出了一种基于 Web 集群和数据库集群的负载均衡方案。另外,设计了一款基于 Android 平台的抄表机抄表软件。该软件具有二维码扫描、GPS 定位/地图导航、拍照以及 GPRS/WiFi 通信等功能。整个系统采用 Internet 编程、多线程、数据库管理等技术,采用模块化、结构化的程序设计思想。系统完成后能够解决传统人工入户抄表带来的各种弊端,降低供水部门的管理成本,提高用水管理水平和服务质量,实际运行表明该系统通信可靠,实时性好。

A kind of centralized automatic metering reading for water meter is designed , which is based on the mixed construction of C/S and B/S . Remote data acquisition and transfer in this system can be realized through GPRS network and Internet network . A load balancing method that base on database server cluster and Web server cluster is given . the software for meter reading device is also designed , witch is based on Android OS with functions including two-dimensional code scanning , GPS location/Map navigation , taking photo , GPRS/WiFi communication and etc , the system is designed with the modular and structured programming style , and it also adopts Internet program , multi-thread technology and data-base management . This system can solve kinds of disadvantages bought by the traditional manual meter reading for water meter , reduce management costs for the water sector , and also improve the management level for water and service quality . Actual results show that the system has reliable communication and better real-time performance .
