以神华煤直接液化残渣为原料,采用干法制浆的方式制得水煤浆。研究了神华煤直接液化残渣的成浆性能,分析了添加剂种类及添加剂添加量对成浆性能的影响,得出选用3#木质素改性添加剂、加入量为0.3%时,制得水煤浆指标性能好,成浆浓度可达到71%以上。液化残渣中内在水分含量特别低是其成浆浓度高的主要原因。

Shenhua direct coal liquefaction residue(SDCLR)-water slurries were prepared by dry method. The properties of SDCLR slurry were investigated, and the influences of the kind and the content of additives on the slurry properties of SDCLR were also studied. The results show that SDCLR -water slurry concentration is higher than 71% while the mass ratio of the modified lignin additive to SDCLR is 0.3:100. The ultra-low of inherent moisture content in SDCLR play key role in improvement concentration of the slurry.
