针对神华集团不同区域不同地质条件下多个煤炭公司煤矿综掘现状,结合对部分煤矿综掘工作面现场生产写实结果,从设计规划、机电设备、人员技能、环境、生产组织管理等5个方面分析制约综掘工作面单进水平提高的因素,根据制约因素,借鉴国内外先进掘支技术,利用精益化管理的成果,优化设计、工艺,改变支护方法,优化劳动组织,进行科学管理,提高综掘单进水平。
針對神華集糰不同區域不同地質條件下多箇煤炭公司煤礦綜掘現狀,結閤對部分煤礦綜掘工作麵現場生產寫實結果,從設計規劃、機電設備、人員技能、環境、生產組織管理等5箇方麵分析製約綜掘工作麵單進水平提高的因素,根據製約因素,藉鑒國內外先進掘支技術,利用精益化管理的成果,優化設計、工藝,改變支護方法,優化勞動組織,進行科學管理,提高綜掘單進水平。

For the fully mechanized situation under different regions and geological conditions of Shenhua Group coal company, this paper analyzes the factors restricts single level improve for fully mechanized workface from planning and design, mechanical and electrical equipment, personnel, environment, organization of production management combine the realistic results of fully mechanized workface for some coal mine. According to the restricting factors, referring to the domestic and foreign advanced exca-vation technology, utilization of lean management, optimization design, process, change the supporting method, optimal labor organi-zation, scientific management, improve the single efficiency level for fully-mechanized excavating.
