通过对一起速度偏差故障排查处理过程的分析,阐述了问题的形成原因,并且展示了对这类问题的处理过程和处理思想,最后提出了相应的解决办法及注意事项,而且在对这起速度偏差故障的分析中,指明了西门子SIMA-DYN D-TDC控制系统的基本设计思想和系统结构;尤其是说明了在弱磁升速阶段系统在保持电枢电压不变的基础上,通过电势运算器计算电动势反馈量、引入电动势反馈信号,形成电动势控制环进行弱磁升速控制的原理。这对处理同类电气故障具有很大的借鉴意义。

Through analyzing troubleshooting process of breakdown of speed variation, this paper was expounded formation cause of the problems, and showed the process and thoughts of this kind of problems. Finally, the paper was proposed the corresponding solutions and notes. And, in process of analyzing troubleshooting, the paper was pointed out the basic design idea and system structure of control system the of Siemens SIMADYN D-TDC; especially the armature voltage unchanged of the rise in weak magnetic speed phase system, the paper was calculated electric potential arithmetic unit quantity, the intro-duction of electromotive force feedback signal and formation principle of speed control of weak magnetic under condition of electromotive force control loop, which had great significance to deal with the similar electrical faults.
