金属件与非金属薄壁件连接有强度要求时,常见的方法是粘接或销接,由于粘接为特殊工艺,其粘接强度受温度、湿度及固化时间影响较大,批量时一致性不好,当检验为抽检时,其风险较大。探讨了对薄壁件几种连接方式,主要对螺纹连接的试验情况、理论计算和工作原理进行了介绍;同时介绍了试验系统装置、试验结果以及结论,当采用螺纹连接进行强度试验时,试验结果表明,采用螺纹连接时,连接强度一致性较好,不会受环境影响,做到了可测量、可过程检验。

Bonding or pin joints are common methods of metal piece and non-metal thin-walled work-piece. Due to special process of boding, bonding strength is greatly influenced by temperature, humidity and curing time. So, batch consistency is bad, the risk is bigger when sampling inspection. The paper was discussed connection ways of thin-walled; and mainly intro-duced test condition of threaded connection, theoretical calculation and working principle; at the same time, the paper was in-troduced system devices, test results and conclusions. The test results showed that the connection strength uniformity was good when threaded connection, which not affected by the environment.
