通过对山西大土河20万t/a甲醇厂精脱硫转化工段的变力弹簧类型的选择及设计使用原理的深入分析,对管材的各项技术参数的测算,将变力弹簧安装位置及载荷受力进行复测,与设计图纸进行比较优化,选择最符合实际施工要求的变力弹簧及安装方法,深化了对变力弹簧理论及实际安装的认识,对改进变力弹簧施工、验收及同类弹簧安装具有参考意义。

Through deep analyzing variable force spring type selection and design principle of 200 000 t/a methanol plant fine desulfurization conversion of Shanxi large soil river and calculation of the technical parameters of pipe, the paper was mea-sured installation position and the load bearing reiteration. Compared with the design drawing optimization, selecting the most conform to the requirements of the actual construction of variable force spring and installation methods, deepening the under-standing of variable spring force theory and the actual installation, which had reference significance for improving the con-struction of variable force spring, acceptance and installation of similar spring.
